Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and selected shipping method.

Free shipping is available on orders over $80.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to most regions worldwide. Available shipping countries and regions may vary depending on the product and destination.

Will I need to pay customs duties or import taxes?

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country or region. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless stated otherwise at checkout.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually processed within 2 business days.

Estimated delivery time is:

United States: 4-9 business days
International orders: 6-15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, holidays, or other factors outside our control.

Why has my tracking not updated?

Tracking information may not update immediately after shipment. In some cases, tracking can take 2 business days to refresh.

If your tracking has not updated for more than 2 business days, please contact us at support@nexstly.com and we will help check the status.

Orders

How do I track my order?

We will send your tracking details via email once we ship your goodies out.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Use this text to answer questions in as much detail as possible for your customers.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 2 business days to appear after the package has been handed to the carrier.

Returns

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. In accordance with the returns policy, the return shipping costs are at your expense.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned with its original packaging, accessories, and order information when applicable.

How do I start a return?

To start a return, please contact us at support@nexstly.com with your order number and the reason for return.

We will provide return instructions once your request is reviewed.

Who pays for return shipping?

Unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 2 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.

Are any items not eligible for return?

Items that are used, damaged by the customer, missing original packaging, or returned outside the return window may not be eligible for a refund.

Gift cards, final sale items, or customized products may also be non-returnable if applicable.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Discover, American express, Mastercard and Visa.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Payments are processed through secure payment providers. Nexstly does not store your full credit card details.

Why was my payment declined?

Payments may be declined due to incorrect card information, insufficient funds, bank restrictions, or security checks. Please check your payment details or contact your bank for more information.

Exchanges

Can I exchange my item?

Yes, we may accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

How do I request an exchange?

Please contact us at support@nexstly.com with your order number and the item you would like to exchange.

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide instructions for the exchange process.

What if I ordered the wrong size?

Please contact us as soon as possible. If the item has not been used and is still within the exchange window, we can help you request an exchange for the correct size, subject to availability.

Return shipping costs may apply.

What if the item I want is out of stock?

If the item you want for exchange is out of stock, we may offer a refund, store credit, or another available option.

Warranty

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes. Nexstly products are covered by a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

What does the warranty cover?

The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

This may include issues such as defective clasps, faulty connectors, or structural defects that are not caused by misuse.

What is not covered by the warranty?

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches, discoloration, accidental damage, misuse, improper installation, water or chemical damage, lost items, or damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.

How do I make a warranty claim?

Please contact us at support@nexstly.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos showing the problem.

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, repair option, store credit, or another appropriate solution depending on the situation.

Product

Are Nexstly watch bands compatible with Apple Watch?

Our watch bands are designed to be compatible with selected Apple Watch models. Please check the product page and choose the correct case size before ordering.

Apple Watch is not included. Nexstly is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc.

How do I choose the right size?

Please select the case size that matches your Apple Watch. If you are unsure, check the size printed on the back of your Apple Watch case or refer to our size guide.

Will the color look exactly like the photos?

We do our best to show product colors accurately. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on lighting, screen settings, and device display differences.
