Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days after the order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned with its original packaging, accessories, and order information when applicable.
Returnable Items
Most unused phone cases and tech accessories may be returned within the return window.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Items that have been used, damaged, altered, or installed incorrectly by the customer
- Items returned without prior authorization
- Personalized, customized, or final sale items, if clearly marked on the product page
- Gift cards or digital items, if applicable
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact us at support@nexstly.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Please do not send items back before contacting us. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Cost
For returns due to buyer’s remorse, wrong size/model selection, or a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
If the item arrives defective, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. In these cases, we will help resolve the issue by offering a replacement, refund, or other suitable solution at no additional cost to you where applicable.
Refunds
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2-5 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a defective item, or an incorrect item being sent.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for eligible items within 30 days after delivery. Please contact us at support@nexstly.com before sending any item back.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@nexstly.com.
We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been processed or shipped.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@nexstly.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will review your request and provide a suitable solution.
